At just 21, Lauro relocated to Pueblo, Colorado, where he found his true calling in roofing. Starting with a local company, he immersed himself in the trade, quickly proving his skill and commitment as he learned the ins and outs of both residential and commercial roofing.
Eager to grow further, Lauro moved to San Antonio, Texas, where he joined Beldon Roofing—one of the nation’s leading commercial roofing firms. There, he gained advanced knowledge in complex roofing systems, architectural detailing, and specialized waterproofing technologies designed to shield buildings from the toughest conditions.
Growing a Business Through Hard Work
After returning to Colorado with this hard-earned experience, Lauro dedicated years to refining his skills at Central States Roofing while steadily growing his own business during evenings and weekends. By 2010, the demand for his work had grown so great that he faced a defining choice remain employed by others or pursue his own vision full time. With determination and courage, Lauro chose the latter, turning Limitless Roofing from a part time venture into a thriving commercial roofing company .
